At 3INA, we want you to love every pop of color you purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure products are in their original packaging and unused to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your 3INA account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique return authorization code.

  Pack Your Products

  Securely pack the unused makeup items in their original boxes, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the package to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
